Alternative Family Magazine is a national bimonthly magazine for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered parents and their children. In addition to essays and photos depicting the lives of GLBT parents and their children, the magazine covers legal developments, reproductive issues, and social and behavioral matters. It also features favorite recipes, book and video reviews, and a "Kids' Room" section where children can find coloring and games pages.
